NZ Barbarians Golf Day
To financially support the NZ Rugby Foundation, we have arranged a golf day at Akarana Golf Club and hope you will be able to play and to support this worthy rugby cause.
Please get your entry in early and we would be very grateful if you are able to sponsor any of the following:
1) Hole sponsorship @$1200 incl. GST
2) Drinks cart sponsor @ $1200 incl. GST
3) After-match function sponsor @$1200 incl. GST
4) Hole sponsor + celebrity @$1500 incl. GST
5) Main event sponsor $5000 incl. GST
The flyers (below) give you all the information you need, so please get your teams together and register with the secretary as soon as possible. Team entry is $800.

NZ Barbarians Top 4 schools tournament
The NZ Barbarians Top 4 boys’ and co-ed schools’ rugby tournament was held in Rotorua on Friday September 5 and Sunday the September 7.
The standard of rugby was outstanding and many players of the future would have been a part of what was an excellent tournament.
Campbell Burnes will have a write-up on the tournament on our website in the next two days under the Secondary Schools link.
NZ Schools and NZ Barbarians Schools international programme
The NZ Schools team will play Australian and Fijian Schools and a NZ Barbarians Schools team will also play Australian and Fiji Schools .
The programme and venues are as follows:
Friday September 26 at Levin Domain, Levin: Australian Schools v Fiji Schools @5.00pm
Tuesday September 30 at Porirua Park, Porirua: Australian Schools v NZ Barbarians Schools @ 1.10pm
Fiji Schools v New Zealand Schools @ 2.50pm
Saturday October 4 at Porirua Park, Porirua: Fiji Schools v NZ Barbarians Schools @ 1.10pm
Australian Schools v New Zealand Schools @ 2.50pm
President Bryan (Beegee) Williams and members of the committee will represent the club in Porirua and we hope Hurricane region members of the Baabaas will also take the opportunity to see our NZ Schools team competing against Australian and Fiji Schools teams.
